We will ask you to complete an application form and will need details listed below.

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Current and Previous Residential Details
  • Employment Status
  • Gross Annual Income
  • Contact Telephone Number
  • Email address
  • Passport Number
  • Details of any previous ccj’s, Bankruptcy or any other credit history, settled or not.

About Your Current Landlord/ Letting Agent/ Managing Agent:

  • Name, address and telephone number of your current Landlord/ Letting Agent/ Managing Agent

About Your Employment:

  • Your current employer’s name, address and telephone number
  • Details of a contact at your current place of employment and their position within that company
  • The position you hold at your current place of employment
  • Your payroll/service/pension number
  • The date you started working for your current employer

Once we have all the information from you we will then process your application which has to be completed by an external Tenant Referencing company.

If successful we will pass on the information to the landlord and confirm they are happy to proceed to the contract stage. This on average takes approximately 5 working days.

You will then be requested to pay one month or weeks rent in advance and a deposit for the property. This must be paid before an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement can be signed and a move in date can be agreed.

Services we offer

Inspections


We will initially complete a property inspection after one month of your tenancy and then after this we will carry out quarterly inspections. You will receive notice of the date we would like to inspect the property although you are able to make changes to this if the date and time given is not suitable.

Moving In


Once all agreements and contracts have been signed, we can then meet you at the property on your move in date and hand over the keys. You are also able to join us taking the meter readings, we will then contact all suppliers and authorities that you have moved into the property. You are then fully responsible for all services from the beginning of your tenancy until the date you vacate.

Agreements and Contracts


Once the application has been successful and the monies have been paid we can then complete the following.

  • An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • A Standing Order Mandate
  • An Inventory

You must read through any agreement or contract that is given to you as they are legally binding and is your responsibility to understand completely before signing. Please do not hesitate to speak to us if you have any queries or please seek legal advice before signing them.

Referencing – £250.00

Late Payment Fee – £25.00

Missed Confirmed Appointment Fee- £25.00
